Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Melo application (the "Service") operated by aiOneStop, LLC ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.

1. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Service.

2. User Content and Responsibility

Our Service allows you to upload, process, and generate content, including but not limited to video and audio files ("User Content").

  • Responsibility for Legality: You are solely and fully responsible for the User Content you upload. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload and process your User Content and that your content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other legal rights of any third party.
  • Ownership of Generated Content: You retain full ownership of the content you generate through the Service. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you create.
  • Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the Service to create any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Responsibility for Use and Abuse: You are solely and fully responsible for how the content you generate using Melo is used or distributed. We are not liable for any use, misuse, or abuse of content generated through our Service.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of aiOneStop, LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Service, or the information, content, or materials included therein. You expressly agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall aiOneStop, LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
